Refund and Cancellation Policy

ENTENANT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your toy rental experience. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve the problem.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your toy rental order anytime before the scheduled delivery. We do not require any advance payment; the rental fees will be only collected only at the time of delivery. If you don't like the toy you can cancel it at the time of delivery. 

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the condition or performance of the toys that you have rented, you may return them to us for a full refund of the rental fees. You must notify us of your intention to return the toys same day of receiving them and return the toys to us in the same condition as when you received them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the ENTENANT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Damaged or Defective Toys

If you receive toys that are damaged or defective, you may return them to us for a full refund of the rental fees. You must notify us of the damage or defect on the same day of receiving the toys and return the toys to us in the same condition as when you received them.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, in case applicable. If you return the toys to us for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling.

Customers select their preferred delivery or pickup time when placing the order. We deliver directly to your doorstep. This service is currently available only in the Bangalore area.
